Prior to January 1, 2009, all mortgage brokers in the State of Colorado will be required to take the 40 hour pre-licensing education requirements as determined by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), and pass the requisite test.  National Lender Services, Inc. has been approved by the State of Colorado to provide these training courses.

This 5 day, LIVE classroom style program teaches the curriculum that is required to obtain the certificate needed to take the licensing test: 

Day 1 – Federal Laws and Regulations

Day 2 – State Laws and Regulations

Day 3 – State Laws (cont.) and Business Practices

Day 4 – Mortgage 101

Day 5 – Mortgage 101 (cont.)

5 day Mortgage Broker Pre-Licensing Program fee - $499.
