TRAINING SCHEDULE

COLORADO MORTGAGE BROKER LICENSING CLASSES (DTC AREA) - DECEMBER 1, 5, 9, 11, 12 -

Registration Fee - ** SPECIAL HOLIDAY PRICING - $349 **

This LIVE 40 credit hour program meets all the required credit hours and curriculum that Colorado Mortgage Brokers will need to complete their licensing requirements. As of January 1, 2009, all Colorado Mortgage Brokers will be required to take the 40 hour program, and then take the licensing test. Don’t miss out! Testing facilities are limited, and space will not always be available to take the Licensing Test. Start your educational requirements early, to be ensured that you will be able to originate loans after December 2008. NLS has been approved by the State of Colorado to provide this required training. GUARANTEE-If you take the live classes, and don’t pass the PSI license test, you may re-take the classes at no charge. Please call our office for details. CLASS LOCATION - DTC AREA.

Same as LIVE class description above, except class will be held in NORTHWEST DENVER AREA.

FHA EXPRESS - DECEMBER 12

Registration Fee - $179

One-day instructor guided LIVE class for personnel with previous mortgage experience. FHA guidelines will be examined including program outlines, borrower eligibility, loan application data requirements, obtaining case numbers, good faith estimates and allowable closing costs. Instructor will teach how to manually calculate maximum loan amounts, LTV, PITI, MIP and ratios, as they relate specifically to FHA. Learn how to obtain & review alternative documentation containing employment, income, assets, credit & liabilities. Appraisals and program disclosures will be discussed. The loan submission process will be explained including the final analysis and how to prepare MCAW. Specialty FHA products will be taught, such as Manufactured Housing, Energy Efficiency guidelines, 203k rehabilitation loans, The Good Neighbor Next Door Program, FHA Secure, FHA Modernization, New Loan Limits, financing HUD Foreclosure properties and information on FHA approved Down Payment Assistance Programs and guidelines. A manual will be provided to assist in all class discussion. CLASS LOCATION – WHITE RIDGE AREA.

All registrations, whether made by mail, email, or fax are considered binding. A $25 handling fee may be assessed for cancellations up to seven business days before the class date. NLS assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by registrant in the event the class is canceled due to a lack of pre-paid registrations, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of nature.
